Learn and build amazing Arduino Uno projects

Easy and fun !

Simplicity

Start from basics

The Grandpa's Gizmos course does not teach you to build something.  It teaches you how to build lots of things!

Starting at a very basic level you use simple off-the-shelf components. Each lesson teaches just a little bit of hardware, programming, and Arduino so that you are never overwhelmed.  The projects created with each lesson are matched to your current skill level.

Efficiency

Fast Implementation

Discover the convenience of fast breadboard-type wiring with our easily swappable boards. Quickly access reference materials using the modern Arduino IDE. Due to our unique stacked board design, no case is necessary, saving time and expense.  Perfect for both beginners and experienced makers!

Convenience

Flexible Power

Custom boards offer a blend of convenience, creativity and durability. Enjoy the process of breadboarding with a modern twist. Power up with a 9V battery, a 9V AC adapter or USB connection.  Compatible with Windows, Mac or Linux computers.  The same USB cable can double as both a power source and a serial connection to upload programs, minimizing the need to plug and unplug.

Community

Kinder, safer, invitation only

While there are many online forums out there, it is easy to get lost in the volume of questions.  Also, some forums are open-post which can result in spam, clickbait, etc.  At Grandpa's Gizmos we have set up very targeted groups that are only available to people who are approved members of the site.  Of course as a member of the site you always have complete control over your notification and privacy settings.
